Sbardella Arms

Sbardella Arms, Inc. is a small firearms manufacturer based in West Haven, Vermont, specializing in custom-built 1911 handguns. The company brings experience machining precision parts for the aerospace industry to its firearm production, applying the same equipment and techniques to create high-quality pistols.

Each handgun combines tight-tolerance machining with traditional hand fitting, with designs intended for sport, duty, and defense. Sbardella Arms emphasizes durable construction, machining its slides and frames from forgings and using quality components. Its firearms are custom, hand-built guns rather than mass-produced models, allowing customers to select options and submit an order for a personalized 1911.

The company also provides information for prospective buyers through its website, including product details, a photo gallery, dealer information, and customer care resources. Sbardella Arms is located at 758 Best Road in West Haven and can be contacted by phone or email. The company has announced two new models expected in 2026, continuing its focus on custom 1911 handguns
