San Bernardino Fatherhood is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping dads with the knowledge and resources to be better fathers. They serve fathers, children, and families in our communities through education, resources, and advocacy. Their mission is to enhance father engagement by promoting a culture of inclusion and responsible fatherhood.

They collaborate with local schools, community partners, faith-based organizations, and public and private agencies to accomplish this mission. San Bernardino Fatherhood believes in the essential role of fathers and that when fathers are positively involved, children experience more positive outcomes academically, emotionally, and socially. They also emphasize the importance of positive co-parenting and the value of respecting and having positive relationships with their children's mother.

The organization was founded by a social worker who recognized the prevalence of absentee or unmotivated fathers and wanted to strengthen family infrastructure. Through education, collaboration, promotion, advocacy, and mentoring, San Bernardino Fatherhood aims to be the voice in the community that emphasizes the essential role of fathers. Their vision is a society where children thrive, families are strong, and communities are safe as a result of responsible fathering.
