Side

Side by Side Coaching offers Christian coaching for high-performing men who appear successful but feel hollow, disconnected, or unsure what they truly want. Founded by Brett, the practice draws on nearly two decades of leadership and executive coaching experience, as well as his own journey toward a more grounded and meaningful life. Its approach is honest, practical, and rooted in the belief that a man’s worth does not need to be earned.

The coaching centers on a seven-step path called The Way Home: Reckoning, Emerge, Called, Listen, Align, Integrate, and Mission. Men can begin with the free Reclaiming Roadmap, a guide to assessing where they are and identifying what may be keeping them stuck. The Side by Side Brotherhood provides a structured community, accountability, and support from men on the same journey. For deeper work, The Reclaiming is a six-month, small-group coaching experience guided by Brett. The brand also offers a podcast and resources that encourage men to face what they have been avoiding, reconnect with their faith, and move toward a more authentic, purposeful life.
