Scaldopack nv

Scaldopack is a Belgian manufacturer of high-tech packaging machinery specializing in spout insertion, pouch filling, and capping. Its equipment is tailored to the pouch, spout, and cap selected by each customer, with solutions for both compact operations and high-capacity production lines. The range includes automatic spout-inserting machines, such as the SI-60 and SI-120, and pouch-filling systems including the Smartfiller, Monofiller, and Bag-in-Box models. Machines can fill pre-made pouches through the spout and cap them, while selected systems support high-speed production and products with high viscosity or particles.

Scaldopack serves food and beverage producers as well as manufacturers of alcoholic drinks, home-care products, personal-care products, and chemical or technical liquids. Applications include sauces, honey, juices, detergents, cosmetics, lubricants, and other specialty fluids. The company also provides tailored machine configurations and shares product information through demonstrations, brochures, and direct customer support. Its focus is on flexible, precise pouch filling and sealing solutions designed to meet varied production requirements.
