Scaled Up Performance

Scaled Up Performance is an athletics organization focused on empowering girls and helping young women excel in sports and beyond. It supports athletes at different stages of their development through performance training, mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to build confidence and resilience. Its training programs include strength and conditioning, agility drills, and workouts tailored to each athlete’s needs. Coaches also provide personalized guidance to help participants set goals, address challenges, and develop as complete athletes.

Scaled Up Performance offers basketball camps and specialized skills instruction. Its Inside Edge camp for girls in grades 7–12 focuses on posts and forwards, with coaching in post moves, pick-and-roll reads, shooting mechanics, footwork, and the mental details of the game. Campers receive individual evaluations that identify strengths and areas for improvement. The organization is led by coach Dominique Scales, whose background includes high school coaching, professional playing experience, and guiding players toward collegiate and professional opportunities.
