About Scandmetall AB
Scandmetall is a Norrköping-based Swedish company that designs and makes distinctive interior and decorative products in its own workshop. Its signature range is a collection of characterful metal ants, created as playful gifts for people with particular professions or interests, or for anyone who is hard to buy for. Designs reflect activities such as gardening, construction, fishing, sport, cooking, crafts, music and motor interests. The ants are available in finishes including black powder-coated steel and untreated steel that develops a natural rust; size and options vary by product.
Beyond the ant collection, Scandmetall offers décor and practical accessories for homes, gardens and businesses. Its range includes trays, candle storage, tableware holders, signs, seasonal decorations and selected items for restaurants, hotels, shop windows and salons. The company emphasizes Swedish production, carefully selected materials and direct sales from its workshop. Scandmetall also provides inspiration for retail and salon displays and offers products for association fundraising.
