Scansation is an innovative company based in Munich, Germany, that offers a cutting-edge mobile self-scanning solution. As a startup, we have been completely self-funded since our establishment in 2016, with no external shareholders. Our goal is to revolutionize the connection between consumers and brick-and-mortar retailers through digital services. We prioritize enhancing the personal customer relationship to new levels.

In July 2017, we achieved a significant milestone by equipping the first food retailer in Germany with our "scan as you shop" technology, enabling customers to scan items using their smartphones. This achievement led to us being awarded the prestigious "Top Supplier Retail 2018" certificate by EHI and Lebensmittelzeitung in February 2018.

Through our joint pilot project, our trading partner was also recognized in the "Best Customer Experience" category at the esteemed "retail technology awards europe."
