Scarlett Salter provides fertility coaching and locum clinical embryology support, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in leading UK IVF clinics. Her work aims to make fertility care more consistent, compassionate and supportive for patients and the professionals who care for them.

Through independent fertility coaching, Scarlett offers couples and individuals a safe, supportive space to feel heard and understood, alongside guidance outside their clinic. She helps clients make sense of fertility treatments and results, understand their options, and feel more confident when making decisions. Coaching also addresses the emotional challenges of treatment, including anxiety, uncertainty and setbacks, and can help clients build a support network and find relevant resources or professionals.

For fertility clinics, Scarlett offers locum embryology support to help cover staffing gaps and support teams in maintaining high standards of care. Her services are intended for people at different stages of their fertility journey, whether they are considering treatment or have already begun.
