Street Children Empowerment Foundation (SCEF) is a brand that was founded in 2010 by Paul Semeh and three Finnish students. Inspired by his own experiences on the streets and his national service at the Street Academy, Semeh established SCEF with a mission to provide equal opportunities for all children, regardless of their differences.

SCEF works tirelessly to support street-connected children through various projects and initiatives. They employ a unique 3Rs social work approach to address the needs of these vulnerable children. Over the past 12 years, SCEF has made a significant impact on the lives of street children through scholarships and educational opportunities.

Supported by hundreds of individuals and organizations, SCEF is able to reach out to children in street situations and advocate for their rights. Their vision is aligned with the SAPE Agenda 2030, which seeks to safeguard children and empower them through partnerships.

SCEF's work is made possible by the dedicated efforts of their staff, board, sponsors, and partners. They also welcome volunteers to join them on the frontline to give children in street situations the opportunity to claim their rights and access education.
