Scenic Flights Manning Valley

Manning River Aero Club is a non-profit flying school and aviation club based at Taree Airport on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales. Founded in 1960, the club supports people interested in flying, whether they are pursuing a career or learning for personal enjoyment. Its flight training includes Recreational, Private and Commercial Pilot Licences, Night VFR ratings, and design feature endorsements. Training is conducted in a Cessna 172SP.

The club also offers scenic flights across the Manning Valley and Barrington Coast, with routes showcasing places including Crowdy Head, Old Bar, Forster, Tuncurry, Wingham, Ellenborough Falls and the Myall Lakes. Flight options range from 25 to 80 minutes, and gift vouchers are available. Members can access discounted aircraft hire, club activities and updated facilities. Manning River Aero Club is a member of the Royal Federation of Aero Clubs of Australia, whose network provides reciprocal rights among participating clubs. Any surplus funds are reinvested in the club, its facilities and aircraft.
