Scharrgarten provides holistic, individualized advice for chicken keepers who want to support the long-term health of their birds. Rather than offering blanket recommendations or quick fixes, the service considers each flock’s circumstances, including housing, feeding, health care and daily routines. The aim is to identify practical measures that suit both the chickens and their keeper’s everyday life.

Three consultation options are available. The Starter Consultation offers an initial assessment, clear priorities and recommendations, delivered in a personal PDF, with one follow-up email question within seven days. The Intensive Consultation is designed for recurring illnesses, reduced performance or more complex concerns; it includes review of flock management and submitted photos or videos, a tailored action plan and two weeks of email support. The Comprehensive Consultation examines the entire flock, including the coop, outdoor area, feed and hygiene, and provides a health and prevention plan, four weeks of email support and a follow-up assessment after four weeks.

Clients submit a health-history questionnaire and, where relevant, photos or videos.
