Schlafverliebt

Schlafverliebt is a family-focused sleep coaching service founded by Joana, a certified sleep coach for babies and young children. Drawing on her own experience of challenging nights as a parent, Joana supports families seeking calmer sleep and more time to rest, enjoy family life, or reconnect as partners. Her individual coaching helps parents understand how to support age-appropriate settling and sleeping through the night.

Guidance is gentle, attachment-oriented, step by step, and tailored to each family’s needs and pace. Coaching may be helpful when a child needs assistance to fall asleep, takes a long time to settle, wakes often, frequently wants milk at night, cries, naps too little, or seems overtired and unsettled. Schlafverliebt also offers the “Von Anfang an” workshop for expectant and new parents who want to learn about infant sleep and prepare for common challenges.

Held online by video call, the approximately 90-minute workshop covers sleep cycles, sleep needs and schedules, healthy sleep environments, and prevention of possible sleep problems
