Schleuener Hof "Solide Ausbildung für Pferd & Reiter."

Schleuener Hof is a family-run Icelandic horse farm in Hohenbruch, near Kremmen in Brandenburg. Established in 1999 and IPZV-certified, the farm focuses on attentive care for horses and support for riders at every level, whether they ride for leisure or want to take part in competitions. Its approach emphasizes species-appropriate open-stable accommodation, with professional care and attention to each horse’s housing, feeding, and training needs.

Services include boarding for Icelandic horses, careful training for young horses, and correction and further development for Icelandic horses of all ages. Riders can take lessons individually or in small groups, with instruction designed to support both horse and rider. The farm also offers riding-related opportunities and information for prospective visitors, and maintains a shop on site selling quality riding equipment from established manufacturers for riders and their Icelandic horses. Schleuener Hof is operated by Sabine and Sandra Hoff, who provide separate contact lines for boarding and lessons. The farm is located at Mittelstraße 17, 16766 Kremmen/Hohenbruch.
