Hospiz Schloss Bernstorf | Bernstorf

Hospiz Schloss Bernstorf is a family-run hospice located in Grevesmühlen, Germany, that provides support and care to those facing life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones during their most challenging times. Our dedicated team is committed to giving our guests a sense of purpose and dignity in their final stage of life. At Hospiz Schloss Bernstorf, we prioritize the beautiful aspects of life, such as laughter, meaningful conversations, a welcoming environment, and wholesome meals.

We believe in creating a comforting atmosphere where our guests can find solace and receive the care they need. As part of our commitment to transparency, we rely on donations to cover 5% of our operating costs. By contributing, you can help us ensure the long-term sustainability of Schloss Bernstorf and provide a unique home for individuals in the last phase of their lives.

You can support our cause by becoming a sponsor for a hospice guest, making a donation towards animal-assisted therapy with our alpaca, Leopold, or contributing to the maintenance of our guest kitchen. Every donation makes a difference in enhancing the care and experience of our guests. Join us in making a positive impact during life's most challenging moments.
