The company developed SILICRAFT 111® in 2001 after studying market needs. This sprayable, room-temperature-vulcanizing silicone is mixed at a 1:1 ratio and requires no separate air-bubble removal phase. It is used to make inflatable forms for molding hollow parts, including ducts, spheres, helmets, and tail assemblies, as well as reusable vacuum bags for aerospace, civil and military protection, and marine applications. For impression-taking, the silicone does not stick or leave an oily residue.
The company also offers custom braided and woven reinforcements developed with specialist European partners. Options include braided tapes and tubes, woven fabrics, tapes, and grids, made to order in varied widths and weights. Materials include glass, carbon, aramid, ceramic, polyester, natural fibers, and metals, available individually or in hybrid combinations, with treatments or finishes tailored to intended uses.
