Schnellmann Sattlerei & Design

Schnellmann Sattlerei & Design is a Swiss upholstery and saddlery workshop in Bilten, established in 1984. Combining traditional craftsmanship, extensive experience and creative design, the business restores, reupholsters and customizes seating for homes and vehicles. Its residential work includes sofas, chairs, corner benches, upholstered groups and bar stools, made to suit customers’ preferences and complemented by the workshop’s own design ideas.

Schnellmann has also built a strong reputation in the motorcycle community, tailoring seats to fit different bikes, riding needs and styles, from Harley-Davidsons and café racers to superbikes and restored motorcycles. The workshop reupholsters items with wheels or a seat using a broad range of materials, colours, patterns and decorative details. Its vehicle services extend to car interiors, boat upholstery and aircraft seats.

The company’s work grew from a focus on furniture and interior decoration, which also included carpets, hard flooring, curtains and wall coverings. Today, Schnellmann welcomes customers seeking to renew existing pieces or create distinctive, carefully finished upholstery.
