Schorre

Restaurant Schorre is a dining destination in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in the heart of the Baie de Somme. Located on the top floor of the restored Entrepôt des Sels, a listed historic monument and cultural complex, it brings together regional ingredients, creative combinations and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Chef-owner François-Xavier Sailly and co-manager Laurie Graux lead a team focused on showcasing Picardy’s local produce through cuisine inspired by the surrounding nature and grounded in tradition.

Guests can choose between a four-course menu for €60 per person and a seven-course menu for €90, with optional drinks pairings. Menus feature seasonal and regional ingredients, with examples including celery and beef tongue, duck with fermented peppers and cabbage, and beetroot with sunflower. An optional trolley of cheeses aged by Julien Planchon is also available. The restaurant offers a changing weekly menu on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtimes, as well as gift vouchers and table reservations. Schorre has received three toques from Gault&Millau and is listed in the Michelin Guide 2026.
