SCHOTT MINIFAB is a contract manufacturing organization serving the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and life science research sectors. As part of SCHOTT’s wider health and diagnostics offering, it supports customers with the design, development, and manufacturing of diagnostic consumables. Its expertise spans polymer microfluidic integration, microarray printing, and functional coatings, helping bring specialized consumable products from development toward production.
The organization combines these services with access to SCHOTT’s broader capabilities in materials, technology, and processing. The group offers glass and polymer materials and a range of glass-processing techniques, while its diagnostic and life science services focus on creating IVD consumables. SCHOTT MINIFAB invites customers to speak with an expert to discuss their requirements, suggesting a collaborative approach to project needs. Its work is relevant to diagnostic and research applications where integrated microfluidic components, printed microarrays, or coated surfaces are required. By bringing these capabilities together under a contract manufacturing model, SCHOTT MINIFAB provides a specialized partner for organizations developing consumables for diagnostics and life science research.
