Schott Design

Schott Design is an Indianapolis-based commercial interior design firm founded in 1997 and recognized for its work in sustainable design. The firm helps organizations create workplaces that support productivity, strengthen culture, and improve the experience of employees and visitors. Its expertise includes workplace strategy, office design, elevated commercial interiors, and sustainability.

Schott Design begins each project by learning how people work and how the physical environment relates to an organization’s goals and culture. Through interviews and observation, its team identifies needs and opportunities, then collaborates with clients to develop design solutions. Strategic planning guides the creation of workplace plans that translate agreed-upon goals into practical spaces.

The firm considers elements such as space planning, lighting, materials, and branding as part of an intentional approach to workplace performance. Schott Design also emphasizes safe, healthy, and sustainable environments, while helping clients manage project parameters and navigate potential hurdles. Its services, portfolio, and sustainability work reflect a commitment to combining thoughtful design with strategic thinking and attentive client service.
