SCHSHP

The Association of Shetland Pony Breeders of the Czech Republic (Svaz chovatelů shetlandských pony, z. s. ) brings together breeders and enthusiasts of the Shetland pony breed across the country.

It supports its members with breeding-related and informational services and creates opportunities to meet through events, shows and other activities. The association’s website provides practical resources on membership, breed history and standards, registration, the breeding programme and the studbook. Visitors can also find information about licensed stallions, inspections, licensing, performance tests, sport and racing, as well as downloadable documents and meeting records.

The association organises and reports on events including national championships and breeding gatherings, sharing results and photo galleries. It also offers publications and links to members’ websites, alongside news, event calendars and information for breeders. Through these services, the association helps connect the Shetland pony community and provides guidance on breeding and participation in activities in the Czech Republic.

Its site also publishes updates on proposed changes to the breeding programme and relevant decisions affecting breeders
