Schürenberg

Schürenberg Kunsthandel is a family-run art gallery in Aachen, Germany, established in 1975 and now managed by the second generation. After operating in Aachen and Düsseldorf, the gallery returned to Aachen in 1998 and has been located on Annastraße, near Aachen Cathedral, since 2003. It trades in applied and fine art from the twentieth century, with particular expertise in Art Nouveau and Art Deco. Its collection includes glass, silver, metalwork, porcelain, ceramics, paintings, furniture and lamps. The gallery also presents postwar art, Murano glass from the 1950s and 1960s, and contemporary studio glass by international artists, offering works across a broad range of prices.

Schürenberg Kunsthandel periodically organizes exhibitions and advises clients on exhibition concepts, interiors and building collections. It also helps owners market artworks, including arranging sales through auction houses worldwide. Services include guidance on auction opportunities, valuations, placement, transport and negotiations, with appointments available at the gallery or, by arrangement, at clients’ premises. The gallery regularly attends German and international art fairs and works closely with auction houses.
