Schützengilde Herzebrock

Schützengilde Herzebrock e.V. is a community shooting and heritage association in Herzebrock, Germany, dedicated to preserving local traditions while bringing residents together through sport, culture, music, and social activities. Although a guild is documented in the area from around 1835, the present association was re-established in 1953 and grew from a group within the Herzebrock Heimatverein into an independent organization. Its guiding purpose is to nurture local ties, maintain customs, and foster a sense of home and community.

The guild offers shooting sports and training, with information available about its facilities, schedules, and responsible coordinators. Its groups include village and surrounding-area, Bosfeld-Brock, women’s, youth, children’s, and senior sections, as well as a marching band. Members can take part in the annual Heimat- und Schützenfest, competitions, and other community events. The association also shares a history of the guild, introduces its leadership and royal court, and provides access to its clubhouse, downloads, news, and event dates.
