Holzhäuser Schützenverein von 1846 e.V.

Holzhäuser Schützenverein von 1846 e.V. is a shooting club that welcomes visitors, holidaymakers and guest shooters from other clubs. The association offers regular training and facilities for a range of shooting disciplines, with sessions for both young people and adults. Its youth program introduces participants under 12 to shooting with a light-point rifle; from age 12, they can train with an air rifle or air pistol. Adult training includes air, small-calibre and large-calibre shooting, as well as blowpipe shooting.

The club’s facilities include a 10-metre air-gun range for air pistols, air rifles and CO2 equipment; a 25-metre handgun range with a turning-target system; and a 50-metre small-calibre range with three electronic measuring frames. Members can also take part in the club’s company groups: shooters aged 21 and over may join either of two flag companies, while women can join the women’s company. The club shares training times, events and updates online and invites interested people to get in touch or visit.
