About Schützenverein Moisburg
Schützenverein Moisburg von 1861 e. V. is a community sports and cultural club in Moisburg, Germany, with more than 160 years of tradition.
Founded in 1861, the association now has around 260 members and brings people together through sport, youth activities and local customs. Its offerings include sports shooting, a women’s department, youth shooting, light-point shooting, archery and a marching band. The club’s shooting facility supports a range of disciplines, with 10 electronic air rifle and air pistol stands and eight electronic 50-metre small-bore stands, all featuring electronic scoring.
Members take part in competitions and events, including the annual Schützenfest, where titles such as Schützenkönig and youth and community honors are awarded. The club also shares competition results and organizes the Moisburger Marathonschießen. For groups seeking an event venue, rooms at the shooting facility are available to rent.
Combining sporting opportunities with community life and longstanding local traditions, the association offers activities for a broad range of ages and interests
