Schumitoni.de is the personal dive school of Toni, a PADI-certified instructor and enthusiastic Lake Constance diver. A PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor since 2007, Toni also holds specialty instructor qualifications in underwater navigation, deep, dry-suit, wreck and night diving, and is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. The school operates seasonally, generally from April to October, at the natural beach in Kressbronn, offering a setting for learning and exploring the lake.
Courses follow PADI standards and include Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver and Divemaster training, with theory available through PADI e-learning or course materials. Instruction is usually offered individually or in groups of no more than two students, with practical training conducted in the water. Beginners can try a short introductory dive or take the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program; the site also offers equipment rental, guided dives, seasonal events and gift vouchers. Discover Scuba Diving is available from age 10, while introductory try dives may be possible from age 8, subject to suitability.
