Schussenhexe

Narrenzunft Schussenhexe e.V. is a carnival association based in Eriskirch-Mariabrunn, Germany. Founded in 1996, the group brings together young people and the young at heart to celebrate and preserve the local Fasnet tradition during the carnival season. Members take part in parades, festive balls and Rauhnacht events, sharing their lively take on traditional carnival customs. A highlight of the association’s appearances is its witch dance, which is presented for audiences of all ages.

The Schussenhexe community also stays active beyond the Fasnet season, organizing group outings and participating in carnival tournaments. Its website shares information about the association’s history, activities, upcoming dates, events, costume and mask, and committee. It also offers downloads, including a membership application. Those interested in joining can send the application to the association’s secretary and will receive a response. Through its events and activities, Narrenzunft Schussenhexe e.V. offers members opportunities to celebrate local traditions, perform together and take part in community life throughout the year.
