Schützenverein Tarp von 1905 e. V. is a long-standing shooting sports club in Tarp, northern Germany, describing itself as one of the region’s largest.
It brings together performance-focused athletes and members who value sporting achievement, community, leisure and tradition. The club offers several shooting disciplines for different ages and experience levels: light-point shooting for children aged 10 to 12, air rifle and air pistol from age 12, small-calibre pistol and rifle from age 14, and large-calibre pistol and rifle for adults aged 18 and over. Depending on the discipline, shooting takes place at distances of 10, 25 or 50 metres.
The club welcomes young people interested in trying the sport and holds youth trial training on Tuesdays from 5:30 p. m. Its website shares club news, event invitations, competition results, discipline information and details about membership and visiting shooters.
Alongside sporting activities, the association maintains a clubhouse with a social club restaurant and an adjoining hall that can accommodate up to 120 people for sporting, cultural and private events
