Schwarzloch Häxen

Narrenzunft Schwarzloch-Häxen Emmendingen e. V. 1994 is a carnival association based in Emmendingen, Germany, dedicated to celebrating the Fasnacht season.

Founded in the Bleiche district on February 15, 1994, by nine members, the group brings its distinctive witch character, the Schwarzloch-Häx, to carnival events and parades. Its traditional costume, or Häs, includes a carved mask designed with a subtle influence from the Elzach Schuttig. The mask is made by the same woodcarver who helped create the original design, while its hair is now synthetic rather than horsehair.

The association publishes a campaign schedule showing where members will attend gatherings, hall celebrations, and parades across the region. It also shares family-friendly Fasnacht resources, including printable mask and broom crafts, coloring pages, songs, games, and activity instructions. The club maintains a history, costume, leadership, and membership information on its website, alongside links to social media and other local carnival groups.
