Schwimm-Liebe

Schwimm-Liebe is a swimming instruction service in Ihlow/Ostersander, led by Sofie Latzke, a swimming teacher from a third-generation family of instructors. Drawing on her training and practical experience, Sofie helps children build confidence in the water and develop swimming skills through supportive, age-appropriate lessons. Her sister also assists with courses.

The service begins with water familiarisation and basic water skills, using games and structured activities to help children overcome fear, gain trust and become comfortable in the water. Schwimm-Liebe offers small-group courses for the Seepferdchen beginner badge, with up to six children and two instructors, and for the Bronze badge. Silver and Gold badge preparation is available through individual lessons. One-to-one instruction is tailored to each child’s needs, progress and pace, with an emphasis on personal attention and confidence-building.

Listed courses include a 16-hour Seepferdchen course for €230 and a 10-hour Bronze course for €135. Individual lessons are offered from €35 per hour. Families can contact Schwimm-Liebe to ask questions, request a free consultation or register.
