Schwimmbad Beerfurth

Beerfurth Swimming Pool is a community-run outdoor swimming facility operated exclusively by the Beerfurth Swimming Pool Association, rather than by the local municipalities. Access is reserved for association members, and the association provides information directly about membership, fees and conditions of use. Through its volunteer-led work, it maintains a local place for swimming, recreation and community activities, while welcoming people who want to support the pool and take part in its community.

The association also organizes events that bring members and visitors together, including an opening party, a health day and the annual Beerfurth Pool Festival. The festival features live music, food and drinks in a relaxed summer setting. Members can find announcements, event dates, pool statistics, publications, newsletters, downloads and information about volunteer work through the association’s website. The association also shares updates through digital channels, including a WhatsApp community, and invites members to contribute ideas for activities such as water gymnastics and flea markets. Beerfurth Swimming Pool combines swimming access with volunteer participation and seasonal community events.
