Schwimmschule Herrmann

Schwimmschule Herrmann offers swimming lessons for children aged five and older, with courses advertised for Menden and Dortmund. Its programme supports learners at different stages, from initial swimming instruction through more advanced skills. Courses include Seepferdchen, Seeräuber, Bronze and Silver, as well as instruction in lifesaving ability. The school provides information about course content, locations and registration through its website.

Registration for courses beginning in January 2027 is scheduled to open at the end of November 2026. The announced registration date is 29 November, with separate times for Seepferdchen, Seeräuber and Bronze or Silver courses. Applicants are asked to use the website’s registration option and complete the form; a confirmation email follows.

At the time of the website notice, no places are available for Seepferdchen courses in Menden. Families may instead attend these courses at Seilerseebad in Iserlohn, where course dates and registration periods are published on the pool’s website.
