Die Schwimmschule Seesternchen

Schwimmschule Seesternchen is a children’s swimming school serving families across Berlin and locations in Brandenburg, including Brandenburg an der Havel and Frankfurt (Oder). It helps children develop water confidence, swimming skills and greater independence through age-appropriate instruction, with courses starting from age two. Its offerings include baby swimming, water familiarization, inclusive confidence-building courses, beginner lessons and progressive classes leading from the Seepferdchen and Seeräuber awards to German Bronze, Silver and Gold badges. Children can also join technique-focused and holiday swimming courses.

The school emphasizes a relaxed, fear-free experience and safe swimming, with small groups and limited class sizes: beginner Seepferdchen classes have a maximum of four children per instructor, while advanced classes allow up to five. Lessons run on an ongoing basis with flexible dates, and pools have water temperatures of 28–33°C. Seesternchen operates at numerous sites across Berlin and Brandenburg. Families register for courses through the school’s contact form; telephone and email registrations are not accepted.
