Sci Club Val d’Ayas is an amateur sports association based in Ayas, in Italy’s Aosta Valley. Founded in 1964, the club has grown alongside skiing in the valley, helping generations of athletes develop their skills, confidence and team spirit on local slopes. Its history includes skiers who progressed to international competitions and the World Cup, including Tiziano Bieller, Jonny Vicari, Fulvio Blanc, and ski-speed champions Simone and Ivan Origone.
Today, the club works with around 200 athletes across age-based categories, from Super Baby to Master and FISI youth groups. Its activities combine on-snow training with athletic preparation, summer programs, acrobatics and multisport, supporting both sporting and personal development. The club also provides practical information for athletes and families, including registration documents, training schedules and official ASIVA/FISI race calendars. Led by a president, technical director and board members, Sci Club Val d’Ayas serves the local skiing community from its bases in Champoluc and Ayas. Its work centers on making skiing a lasting opportunity for growth, participation and connection with the mountains.
