About Scientists Warning
Scientists' Warning is a non-profit foundation dedicated to providing the best scientific information on the climate crisis facing all of humanity. Working in cooperation with The Alliance of World Scientists (AWS), it brings together researchers, scientists, and global citizen scientists to unite behind the science. The foundation has a history of issuing world-renowned warnings to humanity, with the first World Scientists' Warning being written in 1992 and signed by 1,700 leading scientists.
In recognition of the climatological emergency, AWS published a Second Notice that was signed by over 11,000 scientists. The foundation also advocates for science-led, evidence-based solutions and interventions that can positively impact life on the planet. Scientists' Warning takes an evidence-based approach to reporting and educating on all issues related to the climate crisis, standing against the war on science.
