The Society of Construction Law Hong Kong (SCLHK) is a professional organization that promotes interest in construction law. With around 250 members, SCLHK holds meetings, lectures, and social events throughout the year. They publish papers presented to the Society, which are free for current members and available for purchase by others. SCLHK also supports educational bodies, particularly by sponsoring an annual prize for exceptional performance in the HKU SPACE Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law and Arbitration.

Based in Hong Kong, the administrative office and secretariat of SCLHK are located at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. The Society was formed in March 2000, following the formation of its sister body in the UK in 1983. The Society is run by an elected Council consisting of up to 16 members, including 5 Officers. The Council meets monthly, and an Annual General Meeting is held between April and June each year.

Membership in SCLHK is open to professionals involved in construction law, including architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, developers, solicitors, barristers, arbitrators, and experts. As a member, you can benefit from attending seminars, lectures, and various social events organized by SCLHK. Membership application can be made by paying the joining fee and the first year's subscription, which will be fully refunded if the application is rejected.
