Ski-Club Mont-Noble Nax

Ski-Club Mont-Noble Nax is a community ski club based in Nax, Valais, bringing local residents together on the slopes of Mont-Noble since 1932. With around 285 members, families and skiers, the club promotes a love of skiing across generations, offering activities for a range of ages and abilities.

Children aged 4 to 14 can join Ski plaisir, a five-afternoon course focused on developing skills and learning piste etiquette in a fun setting. Young skiers with strong parallel-skiing ability can train for competition through physical preparation, a ski camp, regular sessions and races. Adult activities include a ski lesson followed by fondue, outings for women aged 30 and over and men aged 40 and over, and guided ski-touring days and a cabin weekend. Members can also take part in the traditional internal club competition, including a family parent-child ranking.

Beyond skiing, the club supports young competitors, trains instructors through Jeunesse+Sport and contributes to village life through events such as its annual lottery and local celebrations.
