Scooters and other eligible vehicles can be purchased outright or leased in monthly instalments, with terms ranging from 12 to 72 months. Scootermax also offers scooter insurance and trade-ins, and says its second-hand scooters are inspected, with extended warranties available. Accessories include helmets, protective clothing, screens, storage boxes and security systems; fitting is offered at no extra charge.

The company provides maintenance and repair services through its own workshop, covering work such as tyre replacement, damage repairs and parts. It also offers scooter collection and return.
