Score Better

Score Better is an online tuition provider offering individual GCSE Chemistry support for Year 10 and Year 11 students. Its service is designed for families seeking help with challenging topics, exam answers or confidence, and is available to students studying any exam board at Foundation or Higher level.

Tuition is delivered in one-hour, one-to-one lessons shaped around each student. The programme includes Chemistry assessments and a parent review, while lesson frequency is agreed with the family. Lessons cost £40 per hour. Score Better’s Chemistry team includes co-founder and tutor Sami and lead tutor Kelvin.

Parents can book a free 15-minute call to discuss their child’s needs, explore tuition options, lesson times and costs, and ask questions before deciding what to do next. The call is presented as an opportunity to clarify a suitable next step, with no requirement to enrol. Score Better also illustrates its teaching approach through examples that show how adding precise details can make Chemistry instructions clearer and easier to repeat.
