About Scots Language Centre
The Scots Language Centre is a brand dedicated to promoting and supporting the Scots language. As part of their efforts, they provide various products and services to cater to the needs of Scots speakers and learners. Through their website, they offer resources for adult learners who wish to read, write, and speak Scots.
Additionally, they showcase the use of Scots in film, stage performances, and poetry through their collection of videos. The centre also actively engages with the community by participating in the Scottish Government's public consultation on Gaelic and Scots, advocating for the protection and equal regard of all autochthonous languages in Scotland. They encourage readers in Scotland to share their thoughts on supporting the Scots language, both in terms of current initiatives and future endeavors.
With their commitment to the preservation and promotion of Scots, the Scots Language Centre is a valuable resource for all who are interested in the language's rich heritage
