Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM), known as Scout Malaysia, is the country’s national Scouting organisation and a major uniformed youth movement. Incorporated under Parliamentary Act 784 and recognised by the World Organization of the Scout Movement, it uses non-formal education to help young people develop leadership, discipline, service, and respect for the environment through practical activities and adventure.

PPM serves members through age- and interest-based programmes, including Bee, Cub, Junior, Senior, Rover, Sea, Air, and special-needs Scouting. Its initiatives also connect members with global causes, such as Scouts for the Sustainable Development Goals, Messengers of Peace, Scouts of the World Award, Champions for Nature, Scouts Go Solar, and the Tide Turners Plastic Challenge. The organisation supports adult volunteers with Wood Badge training, other competencies, and Safe from Harm learning.

Members can access digital services for registration, e-learning, activity reporting, facility bookings, and funding applications. PPM also provides calendars, forms, policies, circulars, bulletins, and books, and welcomes donations to support youth education and disaster assistance.
