Scrappy MMA is a mixed martial arts gym established in 2013, with locations in Willetton and Wangara in Perth, and Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast. The gym is home to UFC Welterweight Champion Jack Della Maddalena and has also produced ONE Championship fighter Danial “Mini T” Williams. Scrappy welcomes beginners and experienced athletes, offering instruction suited to different ages, sizes and skill levels.
Training programs include MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, and strength and conditioning. Members can develop striking, grappling, fitness and fight skills through structured classes, with strength equipment available for open-gym use. The Little Warriors program teaches children up to age 13 discipline, focus and confidence through age-appropriate classes in BJJ, Muay Thai and teamwork; kids’ classes are offered at the Perth locations.
New participants can try a free introductory class without equipment or prior experience. Memberships have an eight-week minimum, after which members may pause or cancel at any time. Scrappy promotes a professional, beginner-friendly training environment with clean mats and a zero-ego approach
