About SCRHL
SCRHL, the South Calgary Recreational Hockey League, has been providing adult recreational hockey in the S. E. Calgary areas since September 2006.
They offer weekly ice time schedules, qualified referees and timekeepers, a safe playing environment, and liability coverage from the Canadian Adult Recreational Hockey Association (CARHA) for players aged 18 and above. With morning and evening game options from Monday to Saturday, players have plenty of opportunities to join in the fun. The league consists of players of various ages, ranging from 18 to 55, with experience levels ranging from novice to somewhat experienced.
SCRHL strives to create a competitive yet sportsmanship-focused environment for players to exercise and enjoy non-checking hockey. The league also emphasizes player safety, requiring facial protection and disallowing cat's eye masks for goalies.
