Het Scribe Collectief

Het Scribe Collectief is a Dutch organisation that helps healthcare providers reduce administrative workload and make more time for client care. It combines personal support, purpose-built software and practical advice for organisations working in mental healthcare, the social domain and youth care.

Its Scribes are psychology students who take on time-consuming administrative tasks, including electronic patient record reports, letters and scheduling. They can work one-to-one with a practitioner or provide support across a team. The organisation also offers Robin, an AI tool developed with practitioners specifically for mental healthcare. Robin converts conversations into structured summaries, helping practitioners avoid typing during consultations and updating records afterwards.

Alongside these services, Het Scribe Collectief advises and guides healthcare organisations in identifying ways to reduce administrative pressure. Its stated aim is to improve efficiency and give practitioners more time for direct care. The organisation shares experiences from healthcare professionals and Scribes, and recruits people interested in contributing to this work. Het Scribe Collectief is ISO 27001 certified.
