Scrooge PW is an online gaming project built around a test version of Perfect World, with a focus on a high-rate x500 server and a welcoming experience for both solo players and clans. The project invites players to join its server opening and provides the essentials for getting started: create a game account, download the current game files or a patched client, and access a personal account area. The site recommends its Classic client and highlights ongoing development of both server-side and client-side features, alongside modern game modules and regular improvements.

Scrooge PW also offers player support, server news and updates, and community activities, including promotions, clan cashback, rewards for leading clans, a level 149 marathon, and bonuses for streamers. Players can follow announcements through the project’s Telegram channel and participate in its forum. The team presents timely assistance and ongoing technical work as key parts of the experience. According to the site, this server is a test version of Perfect World intended for player familiarization; it also states that the rights belong to Mail.ru.
