Stray Cat Rescue Team (SCRT) West Midlands is a dedicated non-profit organization founded in August 2018 by passionate volunteers committed to helping stray and abandoned cats. Operating primarily in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton areas, SCRT focuses on providing essential veterinary care and nurturing shelter for cats in need. Their efforts include trapping and rescuing cats, ensuring that those most vulnerable receive the medical treatment and loving care necessary for rehabilitation.

SCRT also emphasizes finding forever homes for these rescued cats, facilitating adoption through their comprehensive policies and dedicated support. Their online platform features cats available for adoption, alongside inspiring rescue stories and updates on their foster cats. The organization thrives entirely on donations, relying on the generosity of the community to maintain their mission. Visitors can support SCRT through various donation methods, including bank transfers and crowdfunding. Every contribution directly aids their vital work, continuing the legacy of inspiring cats, like the beloved Maximus, who championed the cause for stray cats everywhere.
