Scrum Takatsuki “Support Your Local Shops” Voucher, 8th Edition, is a community-focused premium voucher program for households in Takatsuki, Japan. It is designed to encourage local spending, support residents’ household budgets amid rising prices, and help invigorate the city’s economy. Eligible households can purchase vouchers for use at participating businesses across the city, choosing either a digital or paper format; buyers may select only one format.

Digital vouchers are managed through a dedicated website and smartphone, with purchases available by credit card or eligible convenience-store payment. They can be spent by scanning a QR code at participating shops, with payments deducted from the balance in yen increments. Paper vouchers are purchased at local sales locations using a purchase exchange ticket and are used at participating businesses.

Both formats include vouchers for restaurants and smaller shops alongside vouchers accepted at all participating stores. The program’s website provides information for residents and merchants, participating-store searches, digital voucher guidance, frequently asked questions, and support contacts
