SCT Event

Its work centres on two local projects: the Singing Christmas Tree at Werdmühleplatz, a Zurich tradition running for more than 25 years, and Brot Bistro Bar, a neighbourhood gathering place in the park and community centre at Bäckeranlage in District 4. At Brot, visitors can meet over food and take part in the life of the neighbourhood. The company also develops cultural and community programmes, including activities at Bäckeranlage in partnership with Verein chezBäcki.

Its event services extend beyond its own venues: selected modules are available to rent in Zurich and elsewhere in Switzerland. Options include a nostalgic children’s carousel, wooden huts and a fondue chalet; delivery, setup and on-site support can be arranged. Through its projects and rental offering, sct event brings together event production, hospitality and cultural experiences, with an emphasis on creativity, variety, sustainability, craftsmanship and responsible work
