Scuderia AVUS e.V. is a Berlin motorsport club founded in 1967 by active local competitors, with a long history in regional and national racing. The club focuses on asphalt disciplines, including circuit racing, hill climbs and slalom, and has celebrated numerous championship successes. Its activities bring together motorsport enthusiasts of different experience levels through regular events, training and social gatherings.
Members and participants can take part in driver training led by experienced instructors, as well as the monthly Scudi-Kart-Cup, which runs on indoor tracks in winter and primarily at the Spreewaldring south of Berlin during the rest of the year. The club also makes its Dacia Logan, prepared for ADAC automobile slalom, available to members for events in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Rental contributions help cover running costs such as tyres and maintenance.
A monthly club evening at the Berliner Ruder-Club in Wannsee offers an informal meeting place and welcomes guests. Scuderia AVUS also recognises sporting achievement through the Herbert Schultze Memorial Trophy, awarded annually since 1970.
