SCW Mountainbiker

SCW Mountainbiker is the mountain biking community of Skiclub Wunsiedel e. V., a sports club serving Wunsiedel and the surrounding Fichtelgebirge region in Germany. The group brings together riders of different ages, with a strong focus on children and young people through its “Kids on Bikes” program.

Young athletes take part in regular races and regional competitions, including the CUBE Cup and XCO Cup, representing the club across several age categories. The website shares race reports, results, team news, training-related activities and community events, reflecting the club’s emphasis on participation, sporting development and team spirit. Members also take part in mountain bike events such as the Sili-Marathon and local holiday activities on nearby trails.

Beyond cycling, Skiclub Wunsiedel offers club membership and maintains a ski hut, while its activities include a ski bazaar and a history of winter sports. The club also supports youth initiatives and community causes, including charitable donations from its fundraising events. Through sport and shared activities, SCW connects families, young riders and cycling enthusiasts
