Visit Santa Experience Dublin brings families together for a festive Christmas visit at Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin. Returning to Dundrum for the 2026 season, the indoor grotto and Santa shop will welcome guests from 27 November to 24 December, with tickets available online. The experience centres on a private visit with Santa and includes a personal Christmas passport stamped by Santa, a present, a special fairy note, one free digital family photo, and a signed Good List certificate. Children can also enter a colouring competition for the chance to win a toy hamper, while adults can attend free when accompanied by a child, subject to the booking terms.
The grotto features Santa, Mrs. Claus and elves, and the shop offers stocking fillers and sweet treats, including Mrs. Claus’ hot chocolate. The organisers say their Santa experience began in Dublin in 1979 and has welcomed families across Ireland, while also raising funds for charities. They support AsIAm, Ireland’s national autism charity. The Dundrum venue is on the centre’s second floor.
